To transfer a domain to another contact person, here is what you do. Ask the new owner to create a client account here if they don’t have one. Send us the support pin of the new owner to email@example.com and clearly indicate whether you would like us to move both the domain and hosting account. (The support pin can be found in the client’s client area.) We will move the domain to the new owner.
NB: Please send the ownership transfer request on email using the email account that registered the services you are transferring.
