A support pin is a pin in your client area. (Please see illustration below) The pin can be used to identify and verify account ownership when a client has raised a support request. You can generate a new support pin from the client area.
It is there to safeguard your account information in our database. It will ensure that information is only given to the right person. Kindly provide our support agents with a pin when making requests via chat, call or any social media platforms.
